#blt SMP Rules

1. Hacking or using hacked clients is not permitted. The only clients allowed to be used on the server are Vanilla, Forge, NeoForge, Lunar, Badlion and Fabric; as for mods, any client mods that do not modify the player's normal abilities are permitted, see below for more info. Cheating or hacking will result in an automatic ban by the anticheat or by staff if it cannot be detected. X-ray and other such advantageous resourcepacks are not permitted either.
   
   
2. Exploits to be reported immediately. Using exploits is a bannable offence and such problems are to be reported to the staff team immediately.
   
   
3. DDoS or DoS threats or actual are not permitted. Such threats or actual will result in immediate bans, IP-bans and are not able to be appealed.
   
   
4. DOX threats or actual are not permitted. Revealing personal information about a member or staff is not permissible under any means and will result in either a permanent mute or ban depending on the severity.
   
   
5. Harassment of members or staff is not permitted. This includes bullying, threatening or targetting people of specific ethnic minorities or communities.
   
   
6. Slurs and swearing is not permitted. Any violation of this rule will result in a temporary mute or ban depending on the number of prior violations or severity of the infraction.
   
   
7. Spamming is not permitted. This includes spamming entities or blocks, while there may be clearlag on the server, do not intentionally attempt to crash the server or make it lag in any way.
   
   
8. Do not grief other players' builds. Raiding is also not permitted, unless a player has invited you into their home, do not attempt to force a way in.
   
   
9. Real world trading is not permitted. This means that you cannot sell in game items for real world currency, this will result in a ban.
   
   
10. Chargebacks are not permitted on the webstore. Any attempts or actual will result in a ban without appeal.
    
    
11. Staff word is final. Should you feel that a punishment imposed is unfair or targetted, feel free to report the staff member using /report (using TunaBot) in the Discord server.
    
    

Temporary punishment are not available for appeal as they are temporary and are an indicator for a player's likelihood to break more rules. Permanent punishments are able to be appealed only once, on #blt SMP we believe in second chances and as a result allow every person to appeal their punishment if they feel they have learned their lesson and will not break any other rules. Certain permanent punishments cannot be appealed such as IP-bans or bans as a result of chargeback attempts or other similar rules being broken. Should another rule be broken after an appeal of a permanent punishment, the player will no longer be able to appeal and will no longer be permitted to join the server or any future associated servers.
